What we need• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and balanced builds
• Fast, efficient workflow without sacrificing accuracy
• Clean, buttoned up bar presence
• Comfort with inventory, product tracking, and ordering
• Professionalism with guests and quiet confidence behind the bar
• Interest in spirits and cocktail history
• Mixology background or curiosity is a plus
