Benchmark Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Drafter (Levels I–III) to join our growing team. Whether you’re early in your drafting career or a seasoned pro, we’d love to meet you!

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and revise civil engineering plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on a variety of civil projects
• Assist in preparing construction documents, site layouts, grading, utilities, and drainage designs
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards

📌 Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred
• 1+ years of drafting experience in civil engineering (experience level determines Drafter I, II, or III title)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
