We are working with a highly respected midsize law firm to identify a commercial litigation associate ready to take on complex, high-stakes disputes and develop into a future leader within the profession.

The Opportunity
You’ll work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters spanning:
• Business and commercial disputes
• Entertainment-related litigation
• Employment matters
• Intellectual property disputes
• Real estate and construction litigation
Associates in this practice are deeply involved in the work, regularly handling depositions, court appearances, arbitrations, and trial preparation , while engaging directly with clients on sensitive, high-profile matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years experience as an associate with commercial / business litigation experience
• Trial experience is
• Exceptional writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Comfortable leading substantive projects and interacting directly with clients
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Active California Bar admission
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a collaborative approach

Compensation
💼 Base salary range: $220,000 – $285,000
