URGENTLY HIRING: Pavement Crew Lead – Asphalt & Concrete

Location: Columbus, OH (Greater Columbus Area)

Compensation: $65K base + Bonus | OTE $95K

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead job site management to ensure projects hit specs, timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate crew schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise performance on-site
• Enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress and changes
• Track productivity, manage logistics, and ensure adherence to blueprints and specs

Minimum Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as a foreman, superintendent, or crew lead in asphalt, concrete, or heavy civil construction
• Proven leadership ability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug and background checks
• Local to the Columbus area

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $65K base + Bonus (OTE $95K)
• Benefits: Paid vacation and holidays, company vehicle, tablet, phone, and GPS
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
