Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth daily operations
Create, maintain, and track project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to maintain workflow
Enforce job site safety in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
Ensure high-quality workmanship and resolve issues promptly
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and related construction documents
Serve as the primary link between field teams, project managers, and clients
Keep detailed site records, including daily logs, material usage, and inspections
Support and mentor field staff to promote a collaborative, accountable site culture

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of construction experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
Demonstrated leadership in managing field crews and subcontractors
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
Comfortable using basic project management and scheduling software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA 30 certification preferred
