Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Create, maintain, and track project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to maintain workflow
• Enforce job site safety in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and resolve issues promptly
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and related construction documents
• Serve as the primary link between field teams, project managers, and clients
• Keep detailed site records, including daily logs, material usage, and inspections
• Support and mentor field staff to promote a collaborative, accountable site culture

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
• Demonstrated leadership in managing field crews and subcontractors
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
• Comfortable using basic project management and scheduling software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
