The Role

This role sits at the center of how the fastest-growing companies think about marketing today.

The Creator Growth Strategist is an emerging hybrid discipline — built for organizations that treat content as performance , creators as growth partners , and organic as an acquisition channel .

You’ll design and operate systems where creators and ambassadors fuel measurable growth — driving user acquisition, retention, and creative intelligence across every stage of the funnel. This role is embedded directly within growth, not brand, and functions as the connective layer between content, creators, and performance data .

What you'll be doing

1. Build Creator & Ambassador Engines

• Design and run scalable creator and ambassador programs that align incentives with real growth outcomes.
• Cast, onboard, and train creators to represent the product authentically and deliver high-performing content at speed.
• Develop frameworks for recruiting, onboarding, and rewarding creators who drive consistent, high-performing content.
• Turn community participation into structured creative output that compounds over time.

2. Treat Organic as a Growth Channel

• Operate TikTok, Reels, and Shorts like performance surfaces — test narratives, tones, and hooks that move metrics.
• Translate creator performance into insights that shape paid creative, product messaging, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Build systems that make organic content measurable and repeatable at scale.

3. Drive Learning Velocity

• Build rapid testing loops between creator content, audience response, and performance data.
• Identify breakout patterns early and codify them into playbooks that accelerate future creative development.
• Work cross-functionally with performance, creative, and product teams to ensure every experiment informs the next.

4. Institutionalize the Discipline

• Define what “creator growth” means within a modern growth organization.
• Document frameworks, tooling, and workflows that scale beyond individual creators or campaigns.
• Champion a data-driven yet creator-centric culture that connects storytelling to performance.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4–7 years in creator marketing, performance creative, or growth strategy.
• Experience designing or managing ambassador programs, creator networks, or performance-led influencer systems.
• Deep understanding of short-form video, platform dynamics, and creator motivation.
• Analytical and creative — able to connect data patterns to narrative direction. Operates with startup speed, structure, and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay

• $90,000—$140,000 USD, commensurate with experience and seniority.
• Base Salary + Annual performance-based bonuses tied to company growth and client success.
