D365 F&O Solution Architect or Lead

Remote with Travel | Midwest Preferred

$110,000 – $160,000+ Base + 10% Bonus

A growing construction company is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect or D365 Lead to take ownership of their ERP environment during an active implementation.

They are currently mid-implementation, moving from a legacy system to D365 F&O, with a long-term go-live planned. This role will serve as the internal expert for Finance and Supply Chain, reducing reliance on external partners and ensuring system stability.

Responsibilities

• Own and support D365 F&O Finance & Supply Chain
• Troubleshoot issues and guide system design and enhancements
• Partner with IT and business teams to drive best practices

Requirements

• Experience with D365 F&O in a Solution Architect or senior functional capacity
• Finance and Supply Chain module exposure
• Strong troubleshooting and system design skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $110k – $160k+ base
• 10% annual bonus
• 3 weeks PTO
• 401k with 6% match

Midwest-based candidates preferred (Cedar Rapids, Chicago, Indiana, St. Louis). Interviews begin in January.
