We are a leading company in display component production experiencing an exciting period of IT transformation and modernization. With recent retirements and leadership support, our IT department is undergoing a rebuild, focused on implementing a new ERP system and stabilizing our Radius integration. We are seeking a Senior ERP Integration Specialist to lead crucial integration efforts, architect solutions, and ensure our diverse systems communicate seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust integration solutions between the new ERP system, Radius, and various other enterprise applications.
Serve as a subject matter expert for integration patterns, technologies (APIs, web services, middleware, EDI), and data exchange best practices.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define integration requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on integration methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Architect and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing integrations and develop standards for future integration projects.
Document detailed integration designs, data flows, and configuration specifications.
Actively participate in the selection and evaluation of new integration tools and technologies.
Recommended Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in ERP system development, with a strong focus on complex integrations.
Deep technical proficiency with major ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics (AX, GP, NAV, D365), SAP, or NetSuite.
Expert-level command of development technologies: C#, .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, X++, JavaScript (for Dynamics), ABAP (for SAP), or SuiteScript (for NetSuite).
Extensive experience with various integration methods, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, EDI, and flat-file exchanges.
Proven track record of successfully designing and deploying large-scale integration projects.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and proactive issue prevention.
Ability to lead technical discussions, influence architectural decisions, and provide mentorship.
High adaptability to a fast-evolving IT landscape with concurrent strategic initiatives.
Commitment to a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite, with potential for more as needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions.
Certifications in relevant integration technologies or ERP platforms.
Project leadership experience within an IT development context.
Experience working with manufacturing or supply chain specific ERP modules.
