Title: Global Category Manager
Pay Range: $42 - $45

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to support a Global Category Manager in sourcing and logistics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, logistics, or both, and possess strong analytical and reporting skills. This role will play a key part in data analysis, market research, and the development of actionable recommendations to drive category performance. There is potential for this position to become full-time based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to sourcing, supplier performance, and logistics operations.
- Review contracts for necessary language and assist in the drafting of commercial agreements.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Support the Category Manager in RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify sourcing and logistics opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost savings initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement sourcing strategies.
- Assist in developing action plans and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
