Position Details:

Job Title: Laboratory Assistant

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 12 months

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview

• This role is approximately 70% laboratory work and 30% data analysis .
• The Laboratory Assistant will support analytical studies in compliance with GLP requirements for the registration and production of active ingredients and formulated crop protection products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical studies, including GLP-certified testing of various materials.
• Ensure data generation and documentation comply with GLP regulations, SOPs, best practices, and study protocols.
• Process, interpret, and ensure the quality of analytical data.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and implement solutions to meet study requirements.
• Maintain laboratory instrumentation and work areas to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Product Chemistry Laboratory team and Subject Matter Experts to execute experiments and communicate results within required timelines.

• Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, and customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate urgent and shifting project priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $21.00 - 23.00 per hour . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
