Responsibilities:
* Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
* Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.
* Records test results on batch tickets and in company's computer operating system.
* Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests
* Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
* Maintain housekeeping of the working place
* Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy
* Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
* Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
* Support all Quality Control related initiatives
Requirements:
* High school diploma/GED
* Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences)
* 3+ years related experience
* 2 years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
