Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Setting: Outpatient Facility

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Outpatient Facility team in Carlsbad, CA. This position offers flexibility in scheduling while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking support for their mental health and recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 individual therapy sessions tailored to client's needs.
• Complete intake sessions to gather client history and establish therapeutic goals.
• Perform clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with program standards.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support client progress and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist .
• Previous experience working in outpatient or intensive outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
