Job Description

LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a board-certified Medical Oncologist . This is a unique opportunity to combine your oncology expertise with holistic, patient-centered approaches to help individuals not only fight cancer but also restore their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oncology-focused patient evaluations and treatment planning within an integrative model.
  • Develop personalized treatment programs that blend conventional oncology with evidence-based alternative and integrative medicine therapies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including nutritionists and integrative practitioners to deliver comprehensive cancer care.
  • Guide and educate patients and families throughout their cancer journey, emphasizing empowerment and long-term wellness.
  • Stay informed on cutting-edge oncology research and integrative therapies to continuously refine and advance care.

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
  • Board certification in oncology (medical oncology, hematology/oncology, or radiation oncology).
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  • Dedication to advancing integrative and functional medicine in oncology care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional training or certification in integrative/functional medicine.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in integrative cancer treatment approaches.
  • Knowledge of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and supportive therapies in oncology.
