The candidate should demonstrate discretion, reliability, and professionalism within the household, and be tech-savvy, with the ability to manage logistics such as personal travel arrangements and school emails independently. The candidate should adhere to the parents’ preferences while remaining flexible, communicative, and attuned to the family’s needs.

Requirements: Ideal Candidate must have experience with toddlers and preschoolers, have worked as a ROTA Nanny previously, and be fluent in Spanish. The candidate should be tech-savvy, capable of independently managing travel plans, emails, and other logistics. In terms of personality and childcare approach, the Candidate should be warm, engaging, imaginative, and creative, encouraging independence, learning, and good manners. They must be patient, calm, and nurturing, providing attentive care while promoting independence, while adhering to parents’ preferences.

The candidate must support household rules, including no screen time. The ideal candidate will have prior international travel experience, be able to manage children on planes, handle jet lag, and maintain their routines. Travel is required, including holiday coverage and multi-week trips. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of managing the children’s schedules, logistics, and activities.
