Position
Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to provide outpatient clinic and on-call services at a VA medical center.
Pay
• $230 to $245 per hour for clinic time
• Competitive on-call hourly rate
Schedule
• One half-day clinic per week
• On-call coverage days, nights, weekends, and holidays per
Duties
• Outpatient nephrology clinic
• Inpatient consults
• Dialysis oversight
• Acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease management
• On-call phone consults and call-back coverage
• Documentation in VA EHR
Requirements
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• Active unrestricted U.S. medical license
• BLS or ACLS
• DEA
• VA credentialing eligibility
• Ability to be on site in Wichita, KS
