NKE Safety Apparel, a fast-growing leader in Fire Retardant (FR) apparel, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development across the Northwest United States —including key markets such as Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska . This role is critical as we expand our presence in the industrial safety apparel market throughout the Northwest region.

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in FR apparel, B2B account management, and distributor partnerships. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the industrial, utility, and energy sectors in the Northwest and the ability to independently manage and grow a diverse territory. Prior sales experience in Alaska will be considered a advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute Regional Sales Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the Northwest region with a strong focus on Fire Retardant apparel.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine regional strategy.
  1. Manage Key Accounts and Channel Partners
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industrial buyers, distributors, and procurement teams.
  • Deliver customized product recommendations and consultative support.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the region.
  1. Expand Market Share
  • Identify growth opportunities in construction, oil and gas, utilities, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospects and secure new business partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and operations.
  1. Represent NKE in the Field
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking conferences across the Northwest U.S.
  • Present NKE’s product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Stay current on regional safety regulations and industrial requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling Fire Retardant (FR) apparel in the Northwest U.S.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and distributor channel development.
  • Strong knowledge of the Northwest market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Prior sales experience in Alaska preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Proactive in maintaining regular communication with clients and willing to travel frequently to meet customers face-to-face.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Must be based in the Northwest U.S. and willing to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
  • Partial paid benefits after a vesting period.
  • Reimbursement for travel expenses and access to sales tools and marketing support.
  • Opportunities for career growth into senior roles as the company expands.
  • A collaborative team environment and strong operational support.

If you are an experienced FR apparel sales professional ready to lead growth in a high-potential Northwest market, we want to hear from you. Apply today and help drive NKE Safety Apparel’s expansion across the Northwest United States.
