Job Description

1. Risk Assessment & Policy Development：Identify and evaluate operational safety risks, develop and implement effective risk control measures and related management systems.
2. Training & Education：Design safety training matrices, courses, and implementation plans tailored to business scenarios.
3. Supervision & Audit：Participate in regular site audits, improve the quality of safety inspections, and drive effective risk management implementation.
4. Incident Investigation：Support and oversee the investigation, review, and implementation of corrective actions for safety incidents.

Job Requirements

1. A current student (graduating November 2025 or later) majoring in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Must be fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred;
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive in root cause analysis, and highly sensitive to risks.
5. Demonstrates initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle work pressure;
6. Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship period before graduation.
