The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and expertise on Billy Reid’s products. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the presentation of the store, achieving sales goals, and developing customer relationships. Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth store operations is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
• Knowledge of retail sales, including achieving sales goals and understanding product offerings.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure that the store is visually compelling and well-maintained.
• Passion for fashion, design, and artisanal craftsmanship; familiarity with the Billy Reid brand is a plus.
• Adaptability, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or sales roles is highly preferred.
