  • Identify and target high-value accounts including HOAs, luxury estates and property managers.
  • Perform client site visits and provide expert evaluations of tree health and risk factors.
  • Deliver consistent proposals with tailored solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Achieve $500,000 - $750,000 in new booked revenue in the first full year, scaling upward thereafter.

  • Conduct monthly reviews with top accounts to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve 90%+ client retention rate within assigned accounts.
  • Provide weekly updates on activity, proposals, and closes.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to guide strategy.

Requirements
  • ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months).
  • 3+ years in outside sales, business development, or territory growth – ideally in arboriculture, landscaping, or related services.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to hit sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Technical knowledge of arboriculture and tree care practices with the ability to communicate solutions clearly to high-value clients.
  • Aspire experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Success Profile

  • You measure your success by new revenue booked, not just activity.
  • You’re energized by meeting decision makers, walking properties, and uncovering opportunities.
  • You thrive on accountability and exceed expectations when clear metrics are in place.
  • You balance technical arborist knowledge with sales execution discipline.

 Perks

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.
  • Company vehicle, phone, and laptop are provided.
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO.
  • ISA certification support and ongoing professional development.
