We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for high-impact experiences as part of a multi-year digital transformation program in an enterprise setting. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, interaction design, visual design, and user research to create intuitive, delightful, and scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape the vision, define best-in-class design practices, and drive exceptional outcomes for end users. The Senior Product Designer would lead a globally distributed design team.

Product & UX Strategy

• Lead user-centered design processes from discovery to delivery.
• Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear design strategies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define product vision, requirements, and success metrics.
• Advocate for design excellence and elevate the overall product experience.

Execution & Craft

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and/or mobile.
• Deliver polished, production-ready design assets and clear documentation.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform decision-making.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
• Plan work across team onsite and in different time zones, while maintaining quality standards.
• Leverage AI and automation tools in production work.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s craft.
• Champion user advocacy across the organization with focus on timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout development to ensure high-quality implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience (or equivalent) designing for web, mobile, or complex software products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, highlighting both process and outcomes.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, UX research, and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Ability to think strategically while also sweating the details.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced product environments.
• Conforms to accessibility standards, and usability best practices to produce inclusive design.
• Comfort with analytics tools and data-informed design decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
