About the Role: Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise subcontractor activities and daily work
· Lead safety and quality control on site
· Manage scheduling of materials and inspections
· Maintain a professional, organized, and safe jobsite
Ideal Candidate:
· 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
· Expertise reading and executing construction plans
· Strong communicator and team leader
