Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Paraprofessional IV to support instructional staff in delivering educational services to students, particularly those with disabilities. The role involves assisting with classroom activities, implementing IEPs, supporting life-skills development, and maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment. Responsibilities include tutoring, monitoring attendance, supporting behavioral plans, and facilitating communication between school and families. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently under teacher supervision. Duties may also include assisting with hygiene, feeding, and mobility tasks, as well as participating in community-based instruction or field trips.
Compensation:
$12/hr - $14/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
