Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative for a six-month assignment located in Pasadena, CA. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.

Required Work Hours

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate: $19/hr (based on experience).
