UX Researcher Remote | Cencora
Job Summary
Join Cencora's Intelligence & Insights Practice as a Senior User Experience Researcher and drive the future of healthcare through actionable research and strategic insights. This fully remote role empowers you to influence product and business decisions for a Fortune 500 leader by leveraging expertise in quantitative and qualitative UX research. Work cross-functionally to uncover key customer insights and advance digital experiences across global healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and quantify UX goals and metrics to assess digital product success.
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives; identify strategic problems, execute research lifecycle, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data synthesis for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to shape product direction with research-backed insights.
- Plan, launch, and analyze surveys using industry-standard research tools.
- Present complex findings and recommendations to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple research projects, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Continuously enhance research processes, tools, and methodologies to elevate the research function.
