Licensed and bonded in 20+ states , our expert public adjusters serve New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, and the US Virgin Islands , covering a variety of claims including flood, fire, vandalism, and business interruption.

Our clients include schools, municipalities, real estate developers, financial advisors, and more.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melville, NY for an In-House Insurance Coverage Attorney – Property Claims.

The attorney will:

• Provide legal analysis and strategic support on complex property claims.
• Conduct research and draft legal documents, opinions, and strategy memoranda.
• Collaborate with adjusters, estimators, and outside counsel to strengthen case outcomes.
• Ensure policyholders’ rights are fully supported throughout the claims process.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in New York (multi-state admission highly valued; additional jurisdictions a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in insurance coverage law or property damage litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and policy interpretation skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
