Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our design team to support the development and implementation of various design projects for our clients. This is a full-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of visual materials for our online training programs, including graphics, illustrations, and animations

- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our e-learning platform

- Support the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics

- Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects

- Contribute to the maintenance of our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into our projects

- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and web design principles is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for emergency preparedness and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
