About the position..

We are searching for a Leasing Associate for our Georgetown Crossing community located in Mechanicsburg, PA . This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations.

• Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home.
• Assists with special events held at the properties.
• Presents rental homes to prospects.
• Maintain general office and lease files.
• Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits.
• Provides resident follow up and retention.
• Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
• Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents.
• Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials.

What we are looking for from you...

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus
• Experience in direct customer service is highly preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent computer and typing skills required
• Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
