Longtime Insurance Restoration Firm and REO Contractor is hiring licensed mechanical trades in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC along with specialty trades such Tile, Roofers, Window & Siding, and General Finish Carpenters and or Remodelers. Materials are provided in most instances, and payment terms are negotiable. Coverage areas can be determined prior to starting, and general liability is required. Workers compensation is not required for sole proprietor entities. We have steady work and expect to maintain volume for the next (5) years and beyond. Quality of work, ethics and dependability are expected. All material purchases when possible are handled by F. Lax so your cash flow is not impacted.
