The Intuit Customer Success (ICS) organization takes a platform approach to connect people with expertise-serving customers across Intuit's ecosystem of products and services. As part of the Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, MBA interns play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making, financial insight, and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven recommendations that shape the future of Intuit's customer success and growth strategy. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology, finance, and customer impact - and who want to make a real difference from day one. **Responsibilities** You'll collaborate with business leaders to drive financial and strategic initiatives that enable growth, efficiency, and innovation. Example projects and responsibilities include: **Strategic & Financial Planning** - Partner with finance and business teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans, identifying opportunities for investment and growth. - Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI. - Support scenario modeling and forecasting for customer success operations, resource allocation, and investment prioritization. **Operational Excellence** - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline planning, reporting, and performance management. - Leverage Intuit's AI-first mindset to identify ways to enhance data-driven decision-making. - Support the month-end close and budget optimization process through analysis and reporting. **Business Partnership & Insights** - Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility. - Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations. **Qualifications** **To be considered for this internship, you should:** + - Currently enrolled in an MBA program, ideally with a focus on Finance, Strategy, or Operations.- 3-5 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Hyperion Essbase a plus.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences.- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and sense of humor. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is: Mountain View, CA: $42.90 - $78.22/Hr EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
