CAREER OPPORTUNITY – RESERVATIONS AGENT
Our client, a leading car rental company is seeking to recruit a customer driven and motivated individual to fill the position of Reservations Agent.
The Role
The Reservations Agent will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for: 

• Preparing the Daily Delivery and Pickup Schedules.
• Receiving reservation requests (via phone, email or website) and recording all related data accurately in the reservations and accounts system.
• Answering the telephone professionally and handling customer service issues or requests in a prompt and efficient manner.  
• Providing the Workshop Manager Dispatcher with all the relevant information relating to the servicing of clients.
• Recording the sales and transactions and balancing the airport sales received, cashbook and petty cash at the end of the shift.    
• Providing assistance as needed regarding assisting with rental deliveries to customers and collection of vehicles.
• Assisting the team by providing office support as needed.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must:

• Have passes at CXC level with Grade 1 to 3 in English Language and Mathematics with at least one year’s experience in a similar role.
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Possess good time management skills.
• Be willing to work extended hours as needed especially during peak seasons.
• Be a team player.
• Possess good work ethics.
• Demonstrate good use of initiative.

A Valid driver’s license would be an asset.
