About the Role

As a Server/Bartender at Balsam Lake Lodge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining and hospitality experience. Whether you’re serving up delicious meals or crafting the perfect cocktail, your attention to detail and warm personality will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all who visit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and dining areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service or events.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a server, bartender, or in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage service standards, as well as basic bartending techniques.
• Attributes: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
